Sales Manager (m/F/d)

Tasks:

  • Customer acquisition and support: identifying and approaching new customers, as well as maintaining and developing existing customer relationships, both nationally and internationally
  • Sales processes: conducting sales meetings and negotiations, preparing quotations and finalising contracts, as well as monitoring sales processes
  • Market analysis: Monitoring and analysing market trends and competitors’ activities to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies.
  • Sales strategies: Developing and implementing sales strategies and campaigns to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Customer support: Providing expert advice to customers on our products and services, as well as resolving enquiries and issues.
  • Reporting: Preparation of regular sales reports, forecasts and analyses for performance evaluation and to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Completed trade apprenticeship or a comparable degree
  • Several years’ experience in sales, ideally in an international business environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German or English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
  • High levels of self-motivation, a goal-oriented approach and a keen interest in international trade
  • Ability to analyse market trends and develop sales strategies
  • Confident use of MS Office and experience with CRM systems
